Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At EvenKeel, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a FREE 30-day return period on all full-price orders placed on EvenKeelGear.com, subject to the conditions below.
Sale items and clearance are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated.
30-Day Return Window & Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging included
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused, returned to you at your expense, or subject to a restocking fee where permitted by state law.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, the following are non-returnable:
- Final sale or clearance merchandise
- Customized or personalized items
- Opened drinkware
- Used accessories (towels, gloves, dry bags, etc.)
- Worn swimwear or items where hygiene seals are removed
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, email us at contact@evenkeelgear.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return. Do not return items without receiving return instructions from us.
We will provide you with next steps and a return shipping address or a prepaid label if applicable.
Return Shipping & Prepaid Labels
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
- If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
- Use a traceable shipping method and keep your tracking number—EvenKeel is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a refund to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. To obtain the replacement item (different size, color, or style), please place a new order on our site after your refund is issued. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer a refund or store credit at your option.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@evenkeelgear.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with federal and state consumer protection laws.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval, but banks or card issuers may take up to 30 days to post credits.
- Original expedited or express shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Restocking Fees
Items returned in less than fully resalable condition may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, where permitted by applicable law. We will notify you if a restocking fee is applied.
Returns & Exchanges for International / APO/FPO
EvenKeel currently ships only within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you received an item at an APO/FPO/DPO address and need to return it, you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

EvenKeel, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy at any time to comply with state or federal law or for operational reasons. The latest version will always be available at EvenKeelGear.com.
